  • Establish joint initiatives with vendor and business partners.
  • Oversee inventory planning, fulfillment, and obsolescence minimization.
  • Achieve vendor revenue and profit targets through effective business plans.
  • Attain revenue plans by brand and market segment.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional efforts to fulfill product plans.
  • Foster highlevel executive business relations with vendors.
  • Cultivate and manage operational vendor relationships.
  • Maintain knowledge of sales processes, proposals, and pipeline management.
  • Ensure vendor and partner satisfaction remains high.
  • Uphold safety awareness within the team.
  • Manage accurate product group pipelines and performance data.
  • Contribute to business forecasting and planning for product groups.
  • Provide various reports for commercial decisionmaking.

Requirements:


  • 46 years of experience in IT distribution.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education.
  • Relevant vendor product sales certifications.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Proactive and selfstarting attitude.
  • Resultsoriented mindset.
  • Solid business acumen.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal direction.
  • Capacity to lead crossfunctional teams.
  • Skill in influencing business outcomes without direct control.
