Position Summary:
The Presales Engineer will be responsible for developing comprehensive solutions across various projects, working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met, and serving as a bridge between business needs and the solutions provided by our technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to understand business requirements.
• Develop architectural designs for complex projects across various platforms and technologies.
• Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement or customization.
• Create and present solution architecture documentation and diagrams to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Work closely with implementation teams to ensure the solution is built as designed.
• Research and integrate new technologies into company offerings where appropriate.
• Ensure the solution meets all requirements for quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc.
• Serve as a subject matter expert during project planning and execution.

Required Education/Experience:

• At least 1 year of presales experience within the audio-visual industry
• Recent graduate with technology/engineering educational background maybe considered
