Roles & Responsibilities· Specializing in implementation of Rewards programs across regions such as Asia, Europe and Middle East.
· Provides C&B consultation, advice, knowledge and expertise to HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation practices, programs and policies to address rewards and recognition related issues.
· Manage rewards strategies and process in regional offices with the COE team
· Design, development and implementation of rewards programs and global job grading for regional offices in consultation with the Group Rewards COE;
· Manage annual compensation and promotion review process, as well as support performance management and calibration process across regional offices within specific business areas
Job Requirement
C&B qualifications, with 10 years of experience with proven technical knowledge
Confident in dealing with stakeholders such as senior business stakeholders
