- The Executive Assistant ("EA") will provide high-level support to the key management. The EA reports directly to the Senior Project Manager and provides executive support organises and coordinates executive outreach.
- Compiles agendas for meetings;
- Prepares Meetings packages and distributes them to BOD & Members at least two weeks prior to the meeting;
- Attends, records and transcribes minutes of all Meetings;
- Transcribes, formats, inputs, edits, retrieves, copies and transmits correspondences, documents, data and graphics;
- Word processes for manuscripts, letters, documents and proposals;
- Processes outgoing mails;
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, partners and internal team;
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating various business departments and follow up with their operational performances and outcomes;
- Attend meeting to take detailed minutes and follow up on action tasks and deliverables;
- Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements/notices;
- Assist in planning events and visits; and
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Diploma or Degree in business administration, management, or a related field
- At least 3 years of work experience supporting senior executives
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong logical thinking ability, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervisor
- Proactive and positive attitude with the ability to changing priorities and deadlines
- 5.5 days
