Job Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of clients
- Provide advice to clients on corporate secretarial matters
- Oversee daily operations of the respective team members and ensure all communications with clients are supported with proper documentation and responsibilities to meet deadlines.
- Provide good client service ensuring clients receive prompt responses to requests and queries
- Ensure regulatory compliance in the corporate secretariat are met
- Support on ad hoc projects, legal research and compliance matters
- Qualified Chartered Secretary or LLB qualification with a minimum of 810 years' experience in the Corporate Secretarial Field, with at least 5 years in a managerial role preferably in a professional firm
- Good understanding of Singapore Companies Act
- Able to work independently, lead and motivate a team of professional staff
- Meticulous, detailed and deadlineoriented
- Proficient in both spoken and written English AND Mandarin
- Must have good interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written) and negotiation skills
