Job Highlights

- Location: Kaki Bukit/ Ubi
- Working days: 5 days work week
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Job Responsibilities: -
- Provide administrative support for sales and ops team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Keep track of inventory and ensure accuracy of records
- Perform documentation and filing duties
- Generate and collate reports
- Source for viable vendors and request for quotations
- Liaise with vendors on projects and track project milestones to ensure timely delivery
- Handle customer queries on all platforms including emails, tickets, chats and social media
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Support ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
Job Requirements: -
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Meticulous, excellent record keeping and documentation skills
- Good customer service skills
- Positive working attitude
- Willing to learn new skills
- Some background in IT helpdesk preferred
