Product Lead, Embedded Solutions - Singapore - Aspire

As we scale and expand to more countries, we're looking for a Product leader to spearhead our Embedded Finance Solutions team.
In this role, with your team, you will own the vision and roadmap for the evolution of our Embedded Finance Solutions, and be responsible for their execution.
Lead a talented team of product managers responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining our Embedded Finance Solutions and products.
Own the product roadmap for all Embedded Finance Solutions, aligning it with market needs, customer feedback and business goals.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales engineers, sales etc) to ensure seamless product development and launch.
Measure and analyze product performance, collecting data and user feedback to continuously optimize and iterate on the product.
Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, empowering your team to achieve their full potential and deliver exceptional results.
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of product experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
3+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing product teams including the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a diverse team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Performing a similar role with global exposure
Previous Founder or Management Consulting experience a plus
Understanding of regulatory compliance in the FinTech space.
Passion for financial inclusion and the positive impact of technology.
