Experience in cooking South indian food like idly,dosi & Meals Etc.- Ability to follow SOP's and detailed recipes.
- Knowledge of varieties of Indian Spice.
- Follow the Instructions of Head Cook and able to work with team Member.
- Ensure the food quality and the presentation.
- Ensure the prompt and speedy delivery of orders.
- Receiving goods after checking the quality and quantity.
- Storage of raw materials and ingredients appropriately.
- Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure the standards.
- Ensure personal hygiene and safety requirements.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, cooking utensils, and equipment.
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Able to do overtime whenever required.
