    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Provide a full range of admin support for the Singapore office and ensure that admin duties are handled properly to project a professional image & achieve an efficient office operation and assist the Business units in the daily operation, efficiently providing secretarial and administrative support.

    • Handle all incoming phone calls politely so that all callers are properly entertained and forwarded to relevant parties, if appropriate
    • Responsible and managing the office administration system, understanding all purchase orders, stock control, office equipment specifications and features, replenishment, and forecasting amongst other administrative duties.
    • Develop, train and supervise local administrative staff to ensure efficiency in the office operations and meeting of deadlines.
    • Review and innovate an efficient and effective administration system and office procedure. Carry out implementation plan if required.
    • Responsible for administrative documentation control with coverage of contracts, agreements, circulars and correspondences about office administration.
    • To be cost-conscious and be up-to-date with market information on office products, prices and features.
    • Negotiate with suppliers on an ongoing basis to ensure the company's best interest is not compromised for all purchases made.
    • Able to work with Business Units on headcount planning, office space planning and office equipment matters, if required.
    • Provide solutions to project administration and office administration in every possible way.
    • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and communicate with all levels of management and staff
    • Provide secretarial and administrative assistance to all Business Units in accordance with the company policies and procedures (e.g. travel requisition, expense claims etc)
    • Organize company events both internally and externally.
    • Perform other tasks or ad-hoc projects assigned by the manager and admin staff in a willing and cooperative manner
    • Act as a Data Protection Officer, PDPA regulations/obligations and compliances to provide advice and review of clients' contracts related to PDPA clauses, etc.
    • To be the key person in workplace safety and security for ISO 27001 compliance
