Regulatory Advisory AVP/VP, Global Fintech - Singapore - Hyphen Partners

Description

You will manage regulatory enquiries, submissions and inspections and be involved in applying for and maintaining regulatory licenses.

You will be involved in compliance advisory for regulatory and licensing matters and ensure that the firm adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

The ideal candidate should possess strong Payments/Fintech regulatory compliance knowledge, with 6-12 years of Compliance experience. Prior experience with regulatory liaison and CMSL regulatory requirements would be advantageous. Proficiency in Mandarin is a prerequisite as there would be interaction with stakeholders based in Mainland China.
