Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


Sales and Marketing Activities:


  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote our food and beverage offerings.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach to potential clients, including restaurants, hotels, cafes, catering companies, and event planners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities, and use this information to inform sales and marketing efforts.

Sales Generation and Lead Management:


  • Generate sales leads through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.
  • Follow up on leads in a timely manner, provide product information, and negotiate pricing and terms to close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics using CRM software.

Customer Service and Relationship Management:


  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by representing our company professionally and building positive relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proactively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of our products and services.

Work Schedule:


  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as needed to accommodate customer needs and business demands.
  • Ability to work night shifts as required to support events, promotions, or special projects.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
