Description

• Ensure that all rates (costs, tariffs, surcharges, local charges, etc,) are regularly updated and organized in the Sales shared folder
• Interact & Align with Sales and Operational Department
• Prepare and submit ontime and accurate weekly and monthly reports
• Provide online or offline support to the team by initiating, following up on, and / or facilitating requests specific to customer requirements
• Support project or assignment as assigned by Superior
• Managing Customer Profile
• To monitor and followup on special cargo
• To liaise with Marketing team for space control
• To perform any other duties as assigned
