Description

Responsibilities:


  • To plan preventive maintenance & manage corrective maintenance for equipment (workshop machinery)
  • To conduct annual stocktake for equipment (workshop machinery)
  • To ensure lockout tagout is carried out for defective equipment
  • To maintain good records of equipment last servicing date and the repair history of system
  • To carry out indent of spares using SAP
  • To manage repairable items with the respective workshops
  • To perform the required work processes for accountable spare disposal
  • To carry out routine check to ensure the accountability of spares at workshops
  • To carry out stock taking with client

Requirements:


  • NTC or Diploma in any Engineering field or Logistics
  • Meticulous in planning and inventory tracking
  • Experience in using SAP MM is advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Effective communicator with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to handle ambiguity and uncertainties with operations and clients
  • Able to work independently and find out information from various parties
  • Willing to work in Changi
