    Job Description:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Store Project Executive to join our team on a contract basis. The Store Project Executive will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of store-related projects, ensuring they align with our brand standards and timelines. This role will require close collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage end-to-end execution of store projects, including renovations, expansions, and new openings.
    • Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
    • Liaise with architects, contractors, and suppliers to oversee construction, installations, and quality control.
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to brand standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Retail Operations, Merchandising, and Marketing, to integrate store projects seamlessly with business operations.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for all store-related project inquiries and updates, providing timely communication to stakeholders.
    • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices for future projects.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience 2-3 years in project management, preferably within the retail or luxury fashion industry.
    • Strong understanding of construction processes, architectural drawings, and building codes.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
    • Flexibility to travel as required.
