    Description

    Summary

    The Veterans Experience Office (VEO) is focused on creating a Veteran-centered VA. This position is located in the Enterprise Business Intelligence Service under the Enterprise Contact Center Operations Division. The incumbent will assist in maintaining, monitoring, and executing administrative functions and needs at each call center. Providing direct feedback on staffing requirements, workload projections, scheduling practices and intraday workforce productivity reporting.

    Duties

    Major Duties :
  • Responsible for a broad range of administrative duties required to administratively support five front line contact center teams of 13 people.
  • Identifies trends in administrative areas that have negative impact on process efficiency, analyzes data, and assists supervisor in developing recommendations for corrective actions for improvement.
  • Responsible for data entry, suspense tracking and management, and document preparation.
  • Serves as a liaison between HR and specialty service line management
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
