Looking to expand your compliance knowledge and experiences in Private Banking Sector?


Partnering with an established private bank, we are seeking experienced Compliance professionals handling the account opening work for the local office.

You will also focus on the Greater China market. You will cover AML/CFT, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery & Corruption policies by MAS and FINMA.

You will sit within the compliance division to assist in implementation of an effective control program; specialising in on-boarding and review processes, suspicious transaction monitoring, investigation and reporting.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure effective control framework that complies to MAS and FINMA regulations through ongoing review and testing programs;
  • You will focus on KYC, client onboarding, review & surveillance, STR filing and risk assessment;
  • Preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders; and
  • Coaching of team members on key compliance expertise of one's role.

Requirements:


  • Professional fluency in Mandarin.
  • Strong background in Private Banking, with experience in Source of Wealth and Client Due Diligence.
years of experience in compliance and financial crime compliance, with familiarity with Chinese market.

  • Contract role: 12 months, renewable upon review.
