Reports to:
Operation Manager

Job Purpose:

To support the Operations Team in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the ship agency's operations in Egypt & Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee the activities of the ship agency's operations department

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of services

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines governing the shipping industry

Monitor and report on the performance of the operations department

Support in identifying opportunities for business growth and improvement

Provide administrative support to the operations department, including filing, data entry, and documentation management

Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations.

Job Requirement
ITE Nitec/ O Levels / Diploma/ Degree, preferably in Shipping Operations or Maritime Studies.

Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

Minimum 2 years' experience in the Maritime industry is an advantage.

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines governing the shipping industry

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Willingness to work irregular hours and on weekends as required
