Our client is a reputable and sizable MNC with solid business operation across the globe in the Consumer sector.

To facilitate their company growth in the Consumer sector, they are looking for a high calibre Financial Analyst to join their team.

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Leading a small team, and being a strong business partner with different functional stakeholders across APAC
Conduct Business Planning, analysis for management business review and decision making
Business partnering with core stakeholders on strategic planning and finance projects especially with Supply Chain and Operation Team
Assiting with variance analysis on sales, profit, margin, cost etc.
Monitoring budget and forecast for strategic and operational decisions
Setting KPIs and conducting financial analysis for their new business and liaise with the related team
Ensure the accounting functions and internal controls are complied with the accounting standards,
Developing short term and long term financial modelling and business scenarios to support business growth
Act as a business partner to the team to implement improved processes to increase company's efficiency and profitability
Working with business leaders e.g. Supply Chain team to understand opportunities, structure objectives, identify and minimise risks
Working closely and being a Strong business partner for with different teams

To qualify, individuals must possess:

Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
Training in fastpaced environment especially startup or sizbale auditing firms is highly preferred
At least 615 years of experience with preferably in Consumer sector (including Retail, FMCG, Healthcare etc companies) would be a plus
Solid business partnering and stakeholder management skills and understanding of business operations
Smart, energetic person who is ambitious to strive for excellence
Excellent communication and presentation
Dynamic personality with an analytical mindset
