**The opportunity

Responsibilities:

Support partnership team in driving the overall bancassurance governance & relationship including managing, delivering and coordinating the local Product Development Committee & Steering Committees.
Drive & implement step change in Performance management support in creating, delivering and assisting the Chief Bancassurance Officer (CBO) in implementing datadriven performance management based on drivers & area/region/branch s
Support development of segmentspecific proposition & strategy for bank partners to drive penetration into key segments (e.g. mass/mass affluent segments, Corporate/SME).
Lead all key strategic initiatives for Partnership channel, including partnering Account Heads to develop product strategy for each partner/segment as relevant, and working with IT, Marketing and Operations develop the model for the digital led banca execution model
Design, develop and execute monthly/quarterly/annual customer incentives and distribution incentive programs
Driving the annual and quarterly business planning process
Single point of contact for the CBO for the stakeholder management and engagement with the regional distribution teams
