Reporting to the manager/ supervisor of Customer Service Team, your job is to manage day-to-day administration duties of Card Centre including but not limited for the following:


Key Responsibilities:


  • To manage daytoday operation of customer service backend and all related issues, and achieve service level standards and KPI.
  • Verification of details
- tally and check signature with system or Outbound call to verify with Customer

  • Attending walk in visitors/customers at reception counter of Card Centre and phone enquiries from internal or external parties.
  • Handling other general operation duties such as marketing campaign fulfilment, IVR waiver processing, retain ATM card processing, stationary ordering, arrange dispatch of documents etc.
  • UAT testing for backend system related project
  • Strictly follow the SOP set by company and compliance with regulatory requirement by Authority.
- and any other general administrative duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor/s


Requirements:


  • A recognised Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent.
  • Able to communicate verbally and written in both English and Chinese so as to communicate effectively with our Head Office and Chinese-speaking customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office Applications.
  • Multi-tasking and meticulous, eye for detail to ensure work accuracy and able to work under pressure.
  • Team player with pleasant personality and good interpersonal communication skills
