Administration Officer - Singapore - BANK OF CHINA LIMITED
Description
Reporting to the manager/ supervisor of Customer Service Team, your job is to manage day-to-day administration duties of Card Centre including but not limited for the following:Key Responsibilities:
- To manage daytoday operation of customer service backend and all related issues, and achieve service level standards and KPI.
- Verification of details
- Attending walk in visitors/customers at reception counter of Card Centre and phone enquiries from internal or external parties.
- Handling other general operation duties such as marketing campaign fulfilment, IVR waiver processing, retain ATM card processing, stationary ordering, arrange dispatch of documents etc.
- UAT testing for backend system related project
- Strictly follow the SOP set by company and compliance with regulatory requirement by Authority.
Requirements:
- A recognised Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent.
- Able to communicate verbally and written in both English and Chinese so as to communicate effectively with our Head Office and Chinese-speaking customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office Applications.
- Multi-tasking and meticulous, eye for detail to ensure work accuracy and able to work under pressure.
- Team player with pleasant personality and good interpersonal communication skills
