- Work with stakeholders to understand each department's business roles and access provisioning processes
- Review the application access matrix and department role matrix.
- Define business roles in identity Management System
- Perform reconciliation in the Identity Management system
- Provide administrative support to IDM team
- Work on BAU issues and resolve issues as per agreed SLA
- Execute queries via BI to generate reports required for daily monitoring.
- Application on boarding into Identity Management Solution
- Work on application access reconciliation and centralized access repository
- Segregation of Duty (SOD) rules maintenance in Identity Management System
- Work with Internal & External Auditors
- 3-6 years of working experience in Identity and Access Management domain.
- 3-6 years of working experience in Database SQL & reporting.
- Knowledge on RBAC (Role Based Access Control).
- Knowledge on Oracle Identity Manager
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Excellent computational ability
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Maintain high level of quality and productivity
- Work independently with minimal supervision
