Job Summary:

The Management Trainee's main responsibilities include providing (but not limited to) excellent customer service, assisting and advocating to customers on in-store ongoing promotions to boost the outlet's sales.

The Management Trainee will also carry out food order preparation, support the kitchen crew when in need, as well in in-charge of sanitising food preparation areas and cleaning duties when required.

Responsibilities:

All the service aspects with a gradual introduction to management tasks and roles.
Serving of bread/drinks over the counter to customers.
Fill customer orders, ensure that all products are fully stocked
Inform customers of current/upcoming promotions.
Provide suggestive selling accordingly to customers' interests.
Assist Supervisors and Managers in ensuring smooth daily operation of the store.
Train and guide new colleagues on Company's SOP.
Ensure cleanliness of the store at all times.
All other adhoc duties given by Supervisors

Requirements:

A Degree, Diploma, Higher Nitec or Nitec in any discipline
High energy and a strong passion for delighting customers
Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
No experience is needed as training provided
