Description

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role works closely with various stakeholders to provide high-level operational support in the planning and execution of OUE Healthcare's strategic plan for the development and management of the group's portfolio of hospitals and healthcare facilities across Asia.

This role requires a high level of travel flexibility.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Formulate robust strategies that optimize clinical resource allocation to achieve cost efficiency and profitability targets.
  • Formulate and establish policies, controls, and governance frameworks for operational processes to ensure accountability, uphold safety standards and advance service quality.
  • Develop and drive implementation of international quality standards across business units
  • Analyze data and identify trends to implement evidencebased best practices
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement to drive operational excellence
  • Drive change through excellent communication and collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Provide strategic oversight and guidance to OUEH's healthcare network business units

Requirements:


  • Minimum a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Operations Management from an established institution.
  • Nursing or relevant medical qualification is essential.
  • Minimum 10 years' working experience in an acute hospital setting.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin to be able to relate effectively with international and Chinese business partners.
  • Experience at healthcare unit manager / department level.
  • International working exposure is an advantage.
  • Working experience in a Joint Commission International (JCI) accredited hospital is an advantage.
  • Proficient in report writing.
  • Excellent data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to travel frequently with flexible schedule.
