Description
Call Centre / Customer Service Exp

  • No Exp Welcome & Training Will Be Provided
  • 5 Days / Office Hour / Able to work on Weekend
  • Able to commence work immediately

Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound calls
  • Address customers' enquiries
  • Follow up on escalated cases and perform call back when required
  • Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Possess call centre experience
  • Good communications and interpersonal skill
  • Customer service oriented and a good team player
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Able to work on weekends (Will get some weekend off)

Other Information:
Working Hour: 5 Days, Office Hour (Able to work on weekend)

  • Location: Town
  • Salary: Up to $3100/mth + OT + AWS + VB
