    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    As a Assistant Shift Manager, you are responsible for

    • daily shift operation,
    • sales reporting administration,
    • stock management e.g. ordering, receiving and merchandising of stock.
    • Staff management training and retention staff,
    • daily housekeeping and
    • ensuring workplace safety.

    You are expected to provide prompt, helpful and courteous service to customers at all times. You are also expected to perform any other assigned duties e.g. pumping fuel and cashiering when required.

    Requirements:

    · Minimum Primary education

    · Ability to read and understand product labels

    · Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays

    · Service-oriented and a team player

    Full-Time (Shift):

    · Rotating shifts: 7am - 3pm & 3pm - 11pm & 11pm – 7am

    · 6 days/ week including weekends and public holidays
