Key Responsibilities:

• Complete molecular biology and gene synthesis experiments according to SOP requirements to ensure stable and orderly daily production
• Determine and analyze experimental results, and prepare various reports
• Improve product quality standards and continuously optimize the quality system
• Complete daily management tasks including 5S, quality, safety, equipment maintenance, and other related tasks as assigned by supervisor
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Biology, Chemistry or related fields
• Experience in gene synthesis in the biotechnology industry is an added advantage
• Familiar with gene synthesis processes, basic knowledge of molecular biology, project management, and 5S management
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Team player with good communication skills (verbal and written)
