Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle queries from walkin customers
- Handle first level troubleshooting with regard to the Internet eservices
- Escalating complex queries for superior's intervention
- Engaging customer in change management campaigns
- Suggest improvements arising from feedbacks or interaction with the customers Submit daily report in a timely manner
Requirement:
- Min O level / ITE / Diploma in any discipline
- 1 year exp in Customer Service / Call Centre will be added advantages Possess excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
