JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prepare mechanical & electrical engineering works schedule based on the project master schedule
• Work closely with the clients, consultants, and subcontractors on technical matters.
• Qualified, competent and possess the skill, knowledge and ability to manage and supervise the Mechanical & Electrical Works effectively.
• To lead the site M&E construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work by subcontractors.
• Carry out inspection of MEP works prior to concreting or subsequent construction works.
• Compliance with all necessary standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations
• Oversee all related M&E issues on site.

REQUIREMENT:

• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering taht recognized by PE Board Singapore;
• Minimum 3 years' working experience in the Electrical / Mechanical Engineering construction industry experience;
• Relevant working experience in Electrical Engineering related projects in Singapore building and construction industry;
• Possess strong Electrical knowledge with hands-on experiences;
• Strong Knowledge of M&E details, working drawings and local construction practices
