Description

Responsibilities

• ● Apply expertise in statistical modelling, causal inference, and Bayesian methods to analyse large-scale and complex datasets, uncovering valuable insights and patterns
• ● Design and implement experiments, including A/B tests, to measure the impact of different strategies, initiatives, and product changes on user behaviour and business outcomes
• ● Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to identify key drivers of user behaviour, optimise acquisition and retention strategies, and inform decision-making
• ● Forecast customer lifetime value to support growth strategies, customer segmentation, and retention initiatives
• ● Utilise advanced statistical techniques, such as causal models, to understand the impact of different variables on user behaviour and inform growth strategies
• ● Implement robust MLOps pipelines to automate deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of models in production environments
• ● Evaluations of deployed ML models to identify improvement opportunities, and implement updates and enhancements that respond effectively to evolving data patterns and business requirements
• ● Effectively communicate complex findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear visualisations, reports, and presentations
• ● Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in statistical modelling, machine learning and causal inference techniques, applying them to drive continuous improvement in our growth initiatives

Requirements

• ● Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field
• ● 3-5+ years of working experience in Data Science, algorithmic engineering, or machine learning
• ● Strong technical aptitude, combined with hands-on data mining and machine learning application experience on extremely large datasets
• ● Solid technical & knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, can consistently explore and find the best practice
• ● Insightful data sense and rigorous logical mindset, capable of providing systematic approaches to solve business problems
• ● Demonstrated technical leadership and self-direction. Willingness to both teach others and learn new techniques
• ● Have a strong ability to work under pressure, have the courage to overcome difficulties, and accept challenges
