Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Planning, scheduling, monitoring of the production.

Coordinate and plan for client inspection.

Prepare daily reports of blasting and painting activities performed.

Attend the daily meetings and discuss the production issues.

Prepare shift schedule and handle manpower.

Supervise and give instruction for specifications of work to be done.

Be safety conscious and practice safety at work. To direct workers to the proper methods of performing work in a safe and responsible manner.

Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

Proficiency in PC skills (Ms word/excel).

Great interpersonal and communication skill to people at all level.

Knowledge of supervisory principles, practices and techniques.

Knowledge of the tools, equipments and materials common to the painting and blasting trade.

Skill in the preparation and application of paints to different types of surfaces.

Skill in both verbal and written communication.
