Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist daily followup and interaction with overseas customers, with excellent customer service communication level
- Manage daily communications, including coordinate followup with internal and external personnel, to ensure that tasks are completed within deadlines
- Strong in IT administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and follow up on matters proactively
- Must be a team player with a strong sense of responsibility
- Able to travel independently for business trips
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned by the company
