Support Development Engineers in carrying out projects in areas of Photolithography, Etching, Plating, Solder formation, Backgrinding and New PKG development
Participate in projects involving feasibility study, packaging design, process optimization, data collection, data analysis, FA/Reliability and troubleshooting

Job Requirements

Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in EEE, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering etc.
Required to work in cleanroom environment when conducting evaluations and must be able to work in crossfunctional teams to make the project a success
Problem solving skills
Willingness to learn new ideas
