    Job Summary:


    The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting our recruitment services.

    This individual will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, building a strong client portfolio, and contributing to the overall success of JK Recruitment Services.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Business Development:
    Identify and prospect potential clients within the specified niche to generate new business opportunities.

    Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.


    Client Relationship Management:
    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.

    Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.


    Sales Target Achievement:
    Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as outlined by the management.

    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.


    Presentation and Communication:
    Effectively communicate the value proposition of JK Recruitment Services Pte Ltd to clients through presentations, proposals, and negotiations.

    Deliver compelling sales pitches and demonstrations to showcase our recruitment services.


    Collaboration with Internal Teams:
    Collaborate with recruiters and other internal teams to understand client requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

    Provide feedback and insights to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.


    Qualifications:
    Possesses CEI Basic/KAH Certification

    Possess Class 3 Driving License

    Proven experience as a Business Development/Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.

    Knowledge of the recruitment industry is a plus.

    Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

    Self-motivated and able to work independently.

    Team-player and able to sync into our robust culture.
