    Roles & Responsibilities

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the customer premise.
    • Project professional image with proper grooming standards by ensuring that overall appearance is clean and neat.
    • Ensure the team comply with grooming standards and adhere to Environment Health and Safety requirements in respect of uniforms and safety work practices as well procedures to provide a clean, safe working environment.
    • Enforce safety rules and regulation as well as promptly report accidents/ incidents to the superior
    • Oversees the works execution and performance of staff.
    • In charge of operational and manpower planning, deployment and productivity of the staff.
    • Provide adequate training and coach staff to meet the required contractual standards. Conduct daily inspections/audits to monitor and evaluate the work undertaken by staff and take immediate corrective measures to improve below standard performance.
    • Coordinate fault reporting and repairs between ward staff, housekeepers and FME department.
    • Check daily reports (FSS Daily Reports, Housekeepers Daily Worksheet, Turnover Time, etc.) and follow up accordingly.
    • Review and ensure completion of maintenance cleaning requests is completed within the specified standards, and within the agreed time frame and frequency.
    • Conduct daily inspections of all areas including rooms under supervision to ensure that all Environmental Services assignments are carried through.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum O levels or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experiences with emphasis on complete cleaning in a hospital environment, large facility services industry or large commercial contracts.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced challenging hospital environment and with the ability to organize, manage, supervising a small group of staff .
    • Require long periods of standing, walking, bending when carrying out inspection checks.
    • Knowledgeable on the usage of buffer, vacuum, shampooer and other cleaning activities will be an added advantage.

    WORKING HOURS

    7am-3pm / 1pm-9pm (rotating shift)

    5 days work week
