Job Responsibilities:

To clean the kitchen areas.
To wash cutleries and ensure sufficient supplies for daily usage.
To clean kitchen equipments periodically as scheduled.
To handle storage of cutleries carefully and systematically to avoid breakages.
To remove garbage to the designated garbage disposal area.
To report to the Supervisor any potential hazard and/or breakages.
To comply with all safety and hygiene standards.
To undertake any other related task/duty/assignment that may be given by the supervisor.
To ensure all equipment are all well inventories and proper storage.
To ensure cleanliness of all area in the kitchen and ensure kitchen staff abides by the rules and regulation.
To ensure equipment are properly maintained and cleaned.
