Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot audio visual equipment such as projectors, video walls, digital signage, and video conferencing systems.
Work with clients to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to audio visual equipment.
Provide onsite technical support for events and presentations, including setup and breakdown of equipment.
Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of audio visual equipment.
Maintain an inventory of audio visual equipment and ensure that all equipment is in good working condition.
Perform preventive maintenance on audio visual equipment to minimize downtime and extend the life of the equipment.
Stay uptodate on new audio visual technologies and products and recommend upgrades or improvements to existing systems.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
