Description

The Creative Designer will lead and execute creative projects spanning various interactive media platforms including print and web.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll conceptualize and deliver innovative designs, working closely with clients, editors, and photographers to create engaging visual content.

Essential Responsibilities:

General Management:

Serve as the guardian of design guidelines and user experience standards.
Design visuals for diverse media channels such as print, social media campaigns, digital advertising, and EDMs.
Coordinate with web developers on EDMs, microsites, and online publications.

Creative Direction:

Establish design direction aligned with product roadmaps and user experiences.
Drive design innovation across projects, adapting to various technologies and devices.
Champion design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Magazine Publications:

Oversee design aspects of print and online publications.
Optimize templates for efficient completion.
Maintain an organized database of files and images.
Ensure highquality standards for photographs

Requirements:

Minimum Degree in multimedia, visual communications, or a related field
35 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in UX/UI design principles.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma, HTML5, and CSS is an added advantage.
Analytical mindset and a meticulous in managing projects
Strong communication skills for technical and nontechnical audiences.
Graphic design expertise with a focus on intuitive layouts.
Creative, detailoriented thinker with a fastpaced work ethic.
Video production and editing skills are a plus.
