Overview:
8+ years of experience on Infrastructure Voice administration, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Infoblox and BOSS.

Hands on experience in managing DHCP, DNS and IPAM on Infoblox platform

Experience on migrating Voice on prime infra to Cloud.

  • Endpoints: Cisco IP Phones, Cisco IP Communicator, Jabber, SIP Soft Phones
  • Designing and Implementing the Cisco Call/contact center components based on the Project Requirement.
  • Expert troubleshooting of Unified contact center Enterprise, ICM Call Center systems, IP IVR, CVP, CUIC and supporting infrastructure.
  • Experience in CTI integration to switching platforms, dialers, call recorders and desk top platforms
  • Create, Implement, and Support ICM and CVP/IP IVR call routing scripts and required reports.
  • Experience in Nice recording platform and analytics
  • Executing Customer Specific Proof of Concept.
  • Responsible for identification and mitigation of risks and vulnerabilities
  • Prepare disaster recovery (DR) plan and demonstrate successful functioning of DR
  • Providing L3 Support for escalated issues in Delivery Projects
  • Expertise in various tools such as Cisco Ops Manager, RTMT( Real Time Monitoring Tool), Cisco Prime collaboration, Solarwinds ,

  • Lead the participate in outage calls
  • Create the Standard Operating Procedure and update the knowledge database documentation whenever required
  • Participate in daily/ weekly/ monthly/ customer / internal meetings and provide activities report.
  • Follow Compliance and Regulation policy of Customer
  • Understand the SLA and ensure the SLAs are met as per the agreement with customer
  • Keep the Inventory up to date for global locations
  • Work with offshore team and ensure deliverables are delivered on time
