    Closed on 24 Mar 2024Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our shopping malls and B1 offices.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mall management and a proven track record of success in leading and managing a team.

    Provide leadership and direction to the mall management team, ensuring the smooth functioning of all operationsDevelop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the malls.

    Monitor and control operating expenses, develop and maintain budgets, and ensure compliance with financial and accounting policies and procedures.

    Prepare periodic mall performance report to the ManagementCoordinate operation programs, asset improvement work, tenants and operational support for the mall.

    Coordinate and work with the Marketing colleagues to execute the mall's promotion and eventsInvolve in building improvement / A&A / Fitting out / defect rectification worksMonitor and manage the performance of contracts for compliance to the agreed service levelsPlan and implement preventive maintenance works.

    Attending site inspections, supervising and liaising with contractors on maintenance and renovation works in the mall.
    Ensure the safety and security of the malls and implement emergency response protocols as needed.

    Coordinate with tenants in reinstatement/renovation works and ensuring they comply with specifications and building regulationsAttend to tenants' feedbacks and liaise with tenants to maintain good tenant-landlord relationshipPerform any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/ management.

    RequirementDegree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), Building or Facilities Management or equivalent.

    At least 8 years of experience in mall management or related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

    Experience in property management or facility management in shopping mall or retail environment will be an added advantage.
    Exhibit strong leadership, people management and interpersonal skills.
    Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems.
