Description

Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology)Solid understanding of the FC/AFC process.
Supports the AFC models introduction such as demo, launching, and semi-shows.
Identifies and reports new product ideas and innovations to expand the product and service portfolio.
In charge of the feasibility studies and sample construction for new business opportunities.
Participates in R&D initiatives to set target requirements and purchase the end-result.

Develops strong technical product knowledge and problem-solving skills through systematic knowledge transfer between the Product Line, the R&D team, and the several regional support centers.

Performs assessments, benchmarks, and demonstrations.
Assist Sales and CPMs with Pre-Sales activity and build strong technical customer relationships with key accounts.
Provides CPMs and Sales with technical information and updates.

Providing technical solutions for customer concerns in coordination with Field Service EngineersPerform investigation on the issues at the customer sites and assists the Engineering team (Software & Hardware) in resolving them promptly.

Perform troubleshooting and maintaining demo equipment as necessary.
Provide training to the customers and FSE'S on existing and future FC platforms.
Perform documentation and manual writing processes.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering.
With 3- 6 years' experience in a Product Support with customer engagement and/or in a technical environment.
Proficient with MS Office applications.
Willingness to travel.
