    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Descriptions:

    • Issue new invoice, delivery order & certificate
    • Issue PO to vendor
    • Generate license key
    • Issue quotation (Renewal)
    • Handle customer enquiries
    • Created New Customer and MA Code
    • Updating Weekly Order and MA File
    • Ad Hoc request eg: history record / enquiries

    Job Requirements:

    • Min Diploma holders with good communication and inter-personal skills
    • Initiative and fast learner
    • Good at numbers and presentation of numerical data
    • At least 2 years working experience and in sales operation / admin or customer service function is
    • preferred
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
