Description
Job Summary:
- Produce machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) or manual machine;
- Maintain safety, quality, on time and costeffective production standards;
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CNC or manual machine, and other productions equipment per procedure and work instruction (WI).
- Set up work pieces, machining tools, jigs and fixtures per procedure and WI.
- Produce machined parts per BOM/drawing, procedure or samples.
- Performs job inspection and reporting per BOM/drawing and procedure.
- Follow safety rules, guidelines and practices 6S per requirement.
- Participate and contribute to root cause investigation and process improvement as shop system or required.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Minimum NTC3 in Precision Machining or NITEC equivalent
- Experience with CNC or manual machining machines operating or machine tools
- Experience with CNC machines controlling system, like Fanuc, Tosnuc or Mazatrol.
Salary:
$2, $2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Night shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Yearly bonus
