Description
Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.- Perform root cause analysis of marketing, sales and customer services operational issues, and measures results against business plans and past forecasts.
- Create and develop sales strategies and operational procedures to enhance business growth.
- Provide logistics in building and expanding the customer base and expanding relationships with existing customer by directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts.
- Establish standards and processes for contract management across the client lifecycle.
- In alignment with finance, develop processes and standards for developing, managing and enhancing pricing data and strategy.
- Identify opportunities to use automation to improve processes across the client lifecycle.
- Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and concerns.
- Compile and examine revenue data, assesses territories and tracks trends.
- Audit revenue data to identify areas for improvement in pipeline management and forecast accuracy for both new and existing sales.
- Analyze past and present revenue data of the organization and forecasts future sales.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, business, marketing, or related field.
Fresh graduates are

- Experience in
automation machinery/ Intralogistic industry is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Demonstrated success in integrating talent development.
- Proven success in a challenging Sales or Marketing role.

- Bilingual in English and Chinese.
