Responsibilities:


  • Handle fund transfer and customer's deposit including account maintenance like opening and closing of accounts, cheque clearing, processing brokerage and payments.
  • Settlement of treasury and deposit transactions.
  • Prepare periodic reports and filing of documents.
  • Handle and liaise with counterparty financial institution as well as customers including Mandarinspeaking customers.
  • Other operational duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Minimum qualification: GCE 'A' Level or Diploma.
  • 1 to 2 years of related experience in similar department in a bank preferred.
  • Familiar with SWIFT and MEPS payment systems.
  • Ability to write and speak English and Mandarin.(To handle queries and concerns from English and Chinese speaking counterparts.)
  • Organized and meticulous.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team to meet deadline.
  • Ability to multitask is an added advantage.
