    Description
    Gather requirements, recommend, plan and manage Learning and Development programmes for Staff, Silver Generation Ambassadors (SGAs) and Trainers through regular consultation with leaders and user departments/teams

    Explore and source for suitable Learning and Development programmes that meet learning objectives, build talent competencies and capabilities to support business needs

    Develop, review and/or enhance onboarding, Learning and Development programmes, create curriculum, e-learning contents, case studies and learning resources to support blended learning

    Provide learning reports and data dashboard to support review of learning progression of staff, SGAs or Trainer

    Review feedback and incorporate enhancements to ensure effective of learning programmes and continue to meet learning objectives and needs

    Develop course curriculum, activities, and resources for in house programmes

    Prepare and conduct training and facilitate learning through sharing of experience and examples

    Manage and support training operations for respective programmes

    Support training and coaching of the SGD trainers, organise regular sharing and learning activities

    Establish individual goals in alignment with the programme and/or company goals

    Any other duties as assigned

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field

    Preferable with 2-3 years of working experience in the related field

    Experience and strengths in developing process documentation, learning and development programmes, communication materials, organisation development and people management

    Relevant knowledge of analyzing training needs and implementing performance gap analysis

    Good training and facilitation skills & experience using Adult Learning Theories.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
