DESIGNATION :
Media and Content Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible in leading all assigned Video Production and Live Streaming activities, from conceptualizing to implementation in order to achieve company's marketing goals and objectives to produce high quality and cost-effective result across Southeast Asia.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for conceptualizing and leading all video projects, which includes assisting and leading full video production and livestream process including conceptualisation, scheduling, filming, and postproduction (video editing) to ensure accurate and optimal delivery of projects.
- Film and produce photography and videography in both studio and outdoor settings
- Shoot for photography and videography projects, including events and corporate videos.
- Research, draft, propose, create, and produce engaging/unique video content related to the company and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels.
- Arrange and organise production and postproduction logistics.
- Manage and collaborate with suppliers and service providers which includes controlling expenditures, prioritizing activities and maintaining brand equity through all tactics and deliverables.
- Work closely with the Business teams within Southeast Asia to formulate effective video communication strategy in order to achieve maximum sales and brand awareness.
- Effectively keep track of projects, manage time to meet project deadlines and backup project artworks.
- Demonstrate a positive and flexible approach to changing business priorities.
- Maintain corporate communication and identity consistency throughout the organization.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team and departmental objectives, sharing knowledge and skills as appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Diploma in, Mass Communications, or anything related to Video Production.
- Minimum 3 Years of video editing experience
- Experience with production and filming work, photography and videography equipment
- Expert in preplanning/production, camera, lights, audio, and other equipment like slider and gimbal etc.
- Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, Strong proficiency in After Effects and Photoshop
- Excellent writing, communication skills and a creative flair
- Possess good organisational, analytical, planning and timemanagement skills
- Strong analytical capabilities. Innate ability to navigate through a complex matrix organization and lead process changes
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and resultsdriven environment
- Selfstarter who takes initiative and energetic and able to work independently
- Prior experience in live streaming will be considered an advantage
