The Responsibilities:
・Engaging with existing and potential customers to introduce and advocate for our offerings with persuasive communication skills
・Cultivating and nurturing positive relationships with clients to foster long-term business connections
・Promptly addressing and resolving customer concerns and issues to ensure their utmost satisfaction
・Collaborating closely with team members to streamline sales processes and enhance overall efficiency
・Embracing feedback as a tool for personal and professional growth to continually refine your performance
・Undertaking additional responsibilities as required to support team objectives


The Requirements:
・Required to travel on business trips to various destinations, such as Thailand, Taiwan, Philippines, (once or twice per month)
・Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal communication skills
・A Japanese/Mandarin-speaking candidate is required for the role to communicate effectively with native Japanese-speaking and Mandarin stakeholders/colleagues
・Proven experience in sales or a relevant role will be a plus
