Responsibilities:


  • In charge of all dining and customer service operations
  • Greet guests, schedule reservations, assign different areas of the dining room to specific wait staff
  • Ensure the quality of the service and resolve any problems faced by the guests
  • Maintaining excellent customer service standards
  • Enforcing food hygiene regulations and upkeeping restaurant cleanliness/hygiene standards

  • Able to work under pressure, in a fastpaced environment
  • Service oriented
  • IT savvy & computer literate
  • Team player
Prior experience is not necesary but will be an advantage
