- Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, etc.) across various social media platforms.
- Monitor channels for trends, insights, and conversations relevant to the brand.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and address customer inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that leverage channels.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Manage advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
- Ensure brand consistency across all media channels and campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
