Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Community Care Officer.

The Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to hiring, onboarding, communication, employer branding, and recruiting for the company's operations in Singapore.

Your Duties and Responsibilities
Under the guidance of our Managing Director, you'll play a pivotal role in:

Welcoming walk-ins to interested clients who would like to kickstart their hiring journey
Providing support for any mediation or negotiation when required
Advising clients on any queries regarding MDW recruitment
Leverage our cuttingedge project management IT tools for efficient internal coordination and information sharing
Crafting and leading of events for educational purposes for MDWs
Social media management for event planning
MDW Outreach to check on mental wellbeing
Communication with employers to do followup checks
Flexible working arrangement from 9 am to 6 pm (Minimum 4 days). All team members will have to commit to working 1 weekend

Qualifications

Experience with recruitment in migrant worker communities is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field
